We’re always on the lookout for potential new development sites and land to deliver high-quality homes throughout Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, and South Yorkshire. Top market prices are paid for ‘the right site’.

We work with land, including ‘difficult’ sites (e.g. contaminated, planning appeals, etc) ranging from 0.25 acre building plots to 2 acre sites for our residential property developments – although larger sites are always considered.

Our hunt for land takes in locations as varied as urban (regeneration), suburban and rural. Locations are both Greenfield and Brownfield.

We’ve designed and built homes in back gardens of large existing houses, converted barns, and developed former industrial land.

The region has a good percentage of properties with large gardens, and many people aren’t aware that if they have land measuring 0.25 acres upwards they have an asset which they could capitalise on.

Should you have land or alternative development sites with or without planning permission we can propose a number of solutions:

• Purchase the Site (conditional or un-conditional considered).
• Promote the land through the LDF under an Option Agreement
• Joint Venture Contract between Eastman Homes and the owner to develop the site and share the profit.
• Project Management - from the pre planning stage to completion of the development of the site.
